Welcome to Catering byThe Continental Bistro.

The Award winning Cuisine is Contemporary American with French and Italian influences. The Wine Spectator award of excellence wine list reflects the cuisine style with a wide selection of varietals spanning the globe for the perfect pairing to any menu choice.

Serve-out

**Up to 3 entrees may be chosen,  And must be pre- ordered 48 hours prior to event

- Roast Prime Rib with rosemary au jus & horseradish.

- Steak au Poivre ;
.. Tender grilled sirloin steak pressed in cracked peppercorns grilled and served over a rich Mustard sauce.

- Stuffed Salmon with brie & asparagus dressing topped with dill hollandaise

- Stuffed Chicken with brie cheese asparagus char grilled & basted with Dr pepper bbq sauce

- Parmesan crusted Atlantic salmon fillet served over a honey and citrus sauce

- Steak house Pork Loin chop served with pear & roast shallot marmalade

- Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Talapia Fillet served over sauce mornay

- Bacon wrapped sirloin steak over red wine demi-glace.

- Breast of chicken stuffed with smoked gouda cheese and finished in a chardonnay, mushroom and artichoke sauce

- Thai style Ahi tuna grilled & served with sliced mango & cilantro pilaf

$23.95  per person includes;
Three course meal, (Bread & Cheese, Salad, Dinner Entrée)
Non- Alcoholic beverages
Room charge waived set-up & clean-up included

* 6% tax & 20% gratuity are not included in this bid.
